🐾 Surrender a Pet

 At Kindred Tails Sanctuary, we understand that life circumstances can change, and you may no longer be able to care for your animal. Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment for animals in need—and that includes helping responsible pet owners rehome animals when necessary. 

 
We are not legally permitted to accept stray animals.
If you have found a stray, please contact your local animal control agency or shelter so the animal can be properly processed and a legal stray hold can be observed. 

• Complete the Surrender Form
  Download and fill out the form with accurate and detailed information about the animal you wish to surrender.
   
• Submit the Form
  Once completed, email it to vicki@kindredtailssanctuary.org or print and bring it by appointment.
   
• We’ll Review and Follow Up
  After reviewing your form, we will reach out to schedule a meeting or discuss next steps. Please understand that space is limited and intake is not guaranteed.
   
• Include Medical Info
  If available, include recent vet records, vaccination history, medications, and any behavioral notes.
